All prices are in USD, unless otherwise posted. California residents must pay sales tax of 8.25%

All orders are placed on our secure server; we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Orders will only be shipped out after your credit card information is validated. This can take up to three business days and your credit card will not be charged until the day we ship your order.

SHIPPING POLICIES
All of our jewelry is handmade one of kind by Mitra Mortazavi in our studio in Toronto, Canada. Online orders are shipped within 10 business days. Shipping times shown below are estimates and are not guaranteed.

USPS Priority Mail to United States and Canada: 5-10 days - $9.95 flat rate
USPS Priority Mail to other International destinations: 10-15 days - $19.95 flat rate

All items purchased from Mimiandu.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please note that Mimi + You will not be held responsible for any local customs taxes or import duties, which may be charged at the time of delivery.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
We hope you are excited and pleased with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accepts refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any necklace within 14 days of purchase. All returns should be returned in the original packing materials. Please email us first to let us know its coming. Sorry! Your refund does not include shipping charges. When returning your package, please include the necklace in its original condition and a copy of the original invoice.

If an item breaks collect all the available parts and save them. If a break occurs because of faulty parts, we will fix it for free, including return shipping. If there are missing pieces, there will be a minimal charge for replacement, and we'll let you know.
